TryUseMont and Mont are operated by Nauchu AB, organization number 559270-8845, Box 359, 116 74 Stockholm, Sweden. "Nauchu AB," "Mont," "TryUseMont," "we," and "us" refer to Nauchu AB.
2. Scope
These terms cover your use of tryusemont.com, our outreach materials, and any early pilot offer made through the TryUseMont domain.
If you create an account, upload content, use the editor, export videos, or subscribe to the full Mont service, the main Mont Terms of Service at /legal/tos also apply.
3. Pilot offer
The landing page may offer to review or rebuild one stale walkthrough, help article, or product demo as an early pilot. Pilot availability, scope, timeline, and price are not guaranteed until confirmed by us in writing.
Any stated early pilot price, including a monthly amount shown on the page, is for validation and may change for future customers or broader plans.
4. Materials you send
If you send links, screenshots, videos, documentation, credentials, recordings, or other materials, you confirm that you have the rights and permission needed to share them with us and for us to use them to evaluate or prepare the requested pilot.
Do not send confidential, regulated, or sensitive materials unless we have agreed on a suitable written arrangement first.
5. Ownership
You retain ownership of materials you provide. Nauchu AB retains ownership of Mont, TryUseMont, the software, workflows, designs, templates, and related intellectual property.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, pilot artifacts are provided for evaluation and may not include source files, editable project files, or commercial usage rights.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use TryUseMont or a Mont pilot to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- send material you do not have permission to use;
- share malware, spam, deceptive content, or harmful code;
- probe, scrape, overload, or bypass site security; or
- ask us to create content that is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive.
7. Availability and changes
TryUseMont and pilot offers are early-stage and may change, pause, or be withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee that the website, pilot workflow, or any preview artifact will always be available, accurate, complete, or suitable for your use case.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryUseMont, pilot materials, and previews are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nauchu AB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, business, goodwill, data, or content arising from TryUseMont or pilot discussions.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
