TryUseMont is operated by Nauchu AB, organization number 559270-8845, Box 359, 116 74 Stockholm, Sweden. In this policy, "Nauchu AB," "Mont," "TryUseMont," "we," and "us" refer to Nauchu AB.
2. Scope
This policy applies to tryusemont.com, email outreach from the tryusemont.com domain, and pilot discussions about rebuilding SaaS onboarding, support, or product walkthrough videos.
If you create a Mont account or use the full Mont application, the main Mont privacy policy at /legal/privacy also applies to product usage, account data, projects, recordings, exports, and billing.
3. Data we collect
We may collect:
- your name, work email, company, role, and public company website;
- email replies, meeting notes, links you send, and support or pilot requests;
- links to public docs, videos, help articles, or product materials you ask us to review;
- basic website analytics such as page visits, referrer, browser, device, and approximate location; and
- technical logs needed to secure, debug, and operate the website.
4. How we use data
We use this data to:
- respond to your inquiry or outreach reply;
- evaluate whether Mont is relevant for your team;
- prepare and deliver a pilot walkthrough or demo artifact;
- improve the landing page, positioning, and outreach process;
- prevent abuse, diagnose issues, and keep the site secure; and
- comply with legal, accounting, and business obligations.
5. Legal bases
Where GDPR applies, we process personal data based on legitimate interests in running B2B outreach and pilots, contract or pre-contract steps when you ask us to provide a pilot or service, consent where required, and legal obligations where applicable.
6. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that help us run the website, send and receive email, host files, analyze usage, manage tasks, process payments, or operate Mont. These may include providers such as Netlify, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, Supabase, Google Cloud, BunnyCDN, PostHog, Stripe, and GitHub, depending on the workflow.
We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transaction.
7. Retention
We keep outreach and pilot records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. If a pilot becomes a customer relationship, we may retain related business records for support, accounting, and legal compliance.
